Great location, really nice comfortable apartment.

Great location and very walkable. The place was clean and spacious. The issues we had with the place were mostly minor and could have been easily remedied with better communication from the hosts, but instead overshadowed our stay there and led to a very negative experience. All of the following issues were brought up to the owners through phone calls and vrbo messaging, as well as whatsapp:the app to unlock the front door not working, coming in on day two to find our door completely wide open and a random glove left on the counter, no remote for the AC and having to stand on the furniture to turn it on, and a slow draining bathroom sink--- all with almost no response and absolutely no resolution.We were very dissatisfied by this lack of communication and lack of information. It seems these owners may be new to renting their place out and could use some guidance on communication with their guests.
