The location is great - close to the Metro and plenty of dining and shopping options. Communication with the staff is also top-notch, with responses fast and professional.

It would be hard for me to recommend this place at the current nightly rate. Despite the great location, finding it was somewhat confusing. There's also a lack of an elevator to the same floor of the apartment (it only goes to the next lower floor), which was a big issue. The building itself is old and the apartment was somewhat dingy. It gives the impression of being hastily put together with little consideration of aesthetics. There is no sitting area - only 2 single beds and bar stools in the main space. Upstairs, along an open staircase with no handrails or guides, are 3 beds. In other words, zero privacy anywhere in the unit. Additionally, there is no closet and what I thought might be one was only an empty space behind a door on the wall where I found dirty clothes piled on the floor. Lastly, the front door to the unit had a makeshit latch that could honestly be compromised with nothing more than a paperclip. Not very secure at all. Can't in good conscience recommend.

The location was perfect, everything we wanted to visit was within 15 minutes of walking. Also the staff was available and polite. We were a group of 5 friends and the apartment was quite spacious.

Location and general conditions are good. For the price it is really worth.

Communication with staff is a bit difficult. It would be more clear. There was no electric socket in the room. There was no Wi-Fi. The 300€ deposit is kind of too much for a night. Also the link they sent for deposit payment didn't work, so be ready for 300€ cash payment if you book here.
