The location was perfect, everything we wanted to visit was within 15 minutes of walking. Also the staff was available and polite. We were a group of 5 friends and the apartment was quite spacious.

The direct location in the Sol, which is exactly the city center.
The apartment was outdated and not maintained in best form. However, you have everything usable for an apartment. Most importantly, the price was considerably great for living in the very center of Madrid. Therefore, I wouldn't complain anything.

SUPER nice location right in the middle of everything.
There was a weird smell in the apartment. There was a lot of locks that needed to be opened. There was minimal equipment in the kitchen and the shower water filled up quite quick, the drain is blocked.

Location and general conditions are good. For the price it is really worth.
Communication with staff is a bit difficult. It would be more clear. There was no electric socket in the room. There was no Wi-Fi. The 300€ deposit is kind of too much for a night. Also the link they sent for deposit payment didn't work, so be ready for 300€ cash payment if you book here.
