La ubicación, equipamiento y limpieza
Edificio vetusto que necesita refacción.
Actitud del encargado, Norberto, que responde los wsp con horas de tardanza, por lo que es mejor no tener una urgencia.

It was in a wonderful area near everything. The apartment was in a safe location. It was modern well kept and the owner was very polite accommodating meeting me when I arrived to explain the area and apartment.

Apartamento ubicado en pleno centro, cerca de todo y sin el bullicio al estar en calles peatonales.
Limpísimo y muy confortable.
Dispone de cocina con utensilios.
Cabe saber que tiene alguna escalera para acceder, aun tener ascensor el edificio.

Encontramos fácilmente la casa, estaba muy bien ubicada muy limpia y mucha claridad. El mobiliario, lo justo pero todo en orden y manejable.
Que el ascensor se quedara entre plantas y tanto para entrar al ascensor como al dejarlo y llegar al piso había que subir escaleras, una persona con minusvalía no podría usarlo, pero no era nuestro caso.
