The accommodation is very well situated in the Center. The price is very good for the area.
You can hear many things from inside the room. Lots of noise from other guests. (Not the hosts fault). The sofa bed, appears to not be the cleanest with stains.

Excellent location in walking distance to everything you need to see or do in Madrid.
Well equipped in terms of everything you need.
Wasn't as nice as the pictures. Felt small and bit grubby/tired looking. Strange smell on arrival.
Noisy for those in double bedroom and lounge as can hear the lift whilst in use and seemed to be a lot of use! Disrupted sleep.

The location was excellent. The apartment was well stocked with all utensil needed and pots and pans. Everthing work and was very clean. Easy access via door.

The apartment has a great location, close to La Gran Via and a metro station, which made it easy to explore the city.
One of the beds had an unbearable noise, and the lift was extremely noisy as well.
