Excellent location - very central so easy to walk to main attractions. Very close to the Metro. Good cafes and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful welcome from host's father.
We couldn't find the address as the street number given was a fast food restaurant! Clearer instructions should be given on how to find it and where to meet for the keys. It is on the fifth floor with no lift, so basically once we were out we didn't return during the day as it was too exhausting to climb up. I hadn't picked up on this in the listing description. More warning should be given, especially for the elderly or families with children.
The flat could benefit from redecoration and updating of fittings -all rather shoddy.

A localização em pleno Bairro Chueca ao lado da Gran Via dificilmente seria mais central.
Nada a apontar. A TV já viu melhores dias e nota-se já o uso do apartamento mas quem quiser alojamento 5 estelas há muitos hotéis dessa categoria à volta com orçamento a condizer.

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fácil y fluida en todo momento. El piso tiene una muy buena ubicación, ideal para moverse por la zona de chueca y gran via.
Es un quinto piso sin ascensor, pero en realidad es como un octavo.
El colchón de una de las habitaciones está muy desgastado: se hunde al acostarse y provoca dolor de espalda, siendo muy incómodo para dormir.
En el baño no había ninguna repisa para colocar la toalla de manos.
El sofá cama estaba sucio y los cojines tenían mal olor.
En general, la limpieza podría mejorar, ya que había suciedad en armarios, suelo y cajones de la cocina.
