La ubicación.
La calle y los alrededores porque ibamos con niños, con adultos no hay problemas, pero para los niños, mejor alquilar en otra zona. Cuando llegas al portal no sabes que te vas a encontrar, pero el piso esta bien, limpio y con todo lo necesario.
