Apartments Madrid Principe

Location was perfect! Very clean

The terrace furniture could have been better kept and more inviting, no cushions and worn out wood. Bathroom was clean buy very small, not designed for tall people.

Location was amazing. Apartment was clean and cosy. Totally recommended.

amazing place. the main bed is very comfortable. great location. east check in and great staff.

but just the couch bed is very uncomfortable and possibly needs replaced.

Location and AC

It was tired and lacking even the most basic things: no salt and pepper or oil or foil, no plug in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. No tea towels in kitchen to dry dishes. Only 1 large and 1 small towel each for bathroom. No shelves on the fridge door. No ice trays in freezer. NO wine glasses!! However, 2 were delivered the following day after I let host know. The patio was spacious but terribly shabby, the timber furniture was literally rotted, the timber table top was uneven. The awning was old, torn and pretty grotty. The solar fairy lights barely worked, faint flickering on and off. A steep, narrow spiral staircase was a challenge and the bedroom and bathroom were in the roof space, so duck your head! Very disappointing, I believe there are several apartments, so perhaps some of them are better, but what we expected was not what we got. Overpriced and not recommended (the first time I have ever rated a stay like that). Also a flimsy lock on patio door
