About this apartment rental
Luxury apartments located right on Gran Vía, designed by the prestigious architectural firm Ce estudio. The firm is led by architect Carmen Luque Espejo, who specializes in the design and optimization of unique spaces in unbeatable locations. The goal is to provide the sector with the full range of amenities and services. PARTIES: Strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction in case of non-compliance.
OCCUPANCY: Only registered guests (including children).
SMOKING: Allowed only on the terrace. Prohibited inside the apartment.
INTERNET: Use of Wi-Fi is the sole responsibility of the guest.
🤫 COMMUNAL BEHAVIOR
QUIET HOURS: Mon–Fri: 10 PM to 10 AM | Holidays: 12 AM to 10 AM.
Show absolute respect for neighbors in common areas and on terraces.
🧹 CHECK-OUT AND DAMAGE
CLEANING: Tidy up the kitchen, wash dishes, and take out the trash.
DAMAGES: Broken items or lost keys will be charged to the security deposit.
CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM | CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM.
✅ YOUR RIGHTS
Sanitized and fully equipped accommodation (kitchen, washing machine, bedding, towels, and toiletries).
Utilities included (hot water, heat, and Wi-Fi).
Courteous service and accurate information.

They really came through and helped me last minute. Fantastic communication. The location on Gran Via is perfect and everything is walkable. Having a doorman to the building makes everything feel more secure. Really nicely put together apartment, only shame was the building work but that's only temporary
