The location and the simplicity. It was secure and cosy and not at all too noisy

The second bed on the mezzanine was overly firm so I didn’t sleep well

The location is superb in the midst of all the action in Madrid. Some people complained about loud noises from outside but if the windows are shut there's no noise although you're in the midst of the center of Madrid.

No effort was being made by either of the 2 people we had dealt with to communicate with us in English nor did they ask if we even speak Spanish, while texting that's not an issue but while checking in it was slightly troublesome. The door to the entrance on the road is also quite hard to find. The upper floor isn't really useful for adults maybe for children because it's so tiny that no grown up could possible stand there, you have to crouch or lay down and the staircase up and down is a dangerous nightmare.

Air conditioning did not work efficiently

The property was good, Kitchen and toilet were clean but the sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable to sleep. The location is fantastic you can go anywhere in few minutes. The air conditioning makes us our life better 👍.

The sofa bed was broken, you can accept the noisy of the streets because the property is well located and normally in the middle of the centre of cities is noisy but with a sofa bed broken was uncomfortable to sleep.
