The location is really ideal for short stays, as it allows you to visit so many central and tourist attractions. Of course, you are right in the middle of the action and the real city center, with so many tourists and buzzing activity, you can't expect the place to be very quiet. But action has its charms. I would go back there anytime, as the noise of the city doesn't bother me (but yes, people will party under your window from 11pm until 6 or 7am).

The building is very old and doesn't have an elevator. The host did warn me about this in advance and the exercice is welcome (you get the charm of an old central madrid building). Just be mindful if you absolutely do need assistance, that the appartment is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator.

Location, cleanliness, and super safe area

Apartment at 3rd floor with-out elevators. I was travelling to attend travel fair FITUR and had lot of baggage but then carrying on the bags upto to 3rd floor through the stairs and thqn bringing them down was very veey bad experience

El alojamiento está muy bien, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable, la ubicación es inmejorable si bien puede que para algunas personas pueda encontrar el lugar un poco ruidoso por la noche, no fue mi caso. Señalar que la atención es inmejorable, facilitando incluso el check out más tarde de lo habitual. Muchas gracias.
