About this apartment rental
This property is located a few metres from Santa Ana Square and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian area where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and Retiro Park are just a few minutes' walk away.
This area offers a wide culinary offering, as well as many leisure options and shops. Well-connected to any area of the city.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with a lift.
It consists of two bedrooms and has capacity for six people. With attic ceilings, spacious and cosy, it has all the amenities to guarantee maximum comfort.
The main bedroom, with a double bed, has built-in wardrobes and a marble bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a large storage space.
The independent, modern and functional kitchen is equipped with all types of utensils and appliances, in addition to an eating area.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and two comfortable armchairs for resting. In the dining area, there is a lovely round table.
The second bathroom has a shower with a screen.
Wi-fi, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Our accommodation is located in one of the liveliest and most characterful areas of the city, surrounded by a wide range of bars, restaurants and venues that bring the neighbourhood to life, especially as night falls. Its privileged location will allow you to move around easily and have the best that the city has to offer just a few steps away: culture, gastronomy, entertainment and much more.
As it is such a dynamic environment with a lot of activity, it is possible that some ambient noise may be perceived, especially during weekends. It is the ideal place for those who enjoy the urban atmosphere and want to be in the centre of everything.
Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

The location was fantastic. Close to everything in central Madrid. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the AC. The apartment gets particularly hot because it's on the top floor, and the AC was not working very well.

MIT House was excellent to deal with. The location was incredible, and the apartment was clean and cozy. Near everything and had zero issues with weekend noise. Had a family of 6 and everyone loved it. It is on the fifth floor, but walking is a part of Madrid.
All the modern conveniences and very safe building and electronic apartment entry. Loved it.
