Ubicacion exelente a 50m del metro, en el centro de la plaza del Sol pudiendo ir a pie a la mayoria de sitios, la limpieza buena y el estado en general!

The location is unbeatable. A couple of minutes away from Sol The kitchen is well equipped and should you wish to cook there it is perfectly good. The bed was very comfortable and the building was quiet. The air conditioning worked well
The checking in process was almost impossible. The app kept shutting down and went into a self defeating spiral. The website was little better. We spent half an hour on the phone to Germany while standing outside the apartment on a very hot busy Madrid street. The upholstery on the sofa was torn.

Exceptional location . All important spots are at walking distance . Several restaurants and shops just next to the apartment .
Even though we took two bedroom apartment it was quite small for family of 4. There was just one bathroom and it felt constrained due to lack of space . Wi-Fi was not working for two days . Washing tabs not provided inspite of requesting several times .
