Great location, quiet, clean, spacious.
Hot water was only hot on Day 1. On Day 2 there was no hot water, and Day 3 the water was lukewarm.

The location of the property is great, It’s right in the heart of Madrid and the apartment was properly cleaned.
The communication was extremely poor. I understand that early checkin was shown as an extra service and could only be done subject to available. However, they changed this three times, after confirming that nothing will change each time. The stress I had to deal before my checkin was not great at all. Their internet was another issue I told them and the answer I got was my device should be a problem which was not the case as the internet started to work after they reset it.
