El apartamento, en general, excelente. Lo único incómodo es esa segunda habitación separada con cortina del espacio de estar. Debería tener una pared y ser una habitación cerrada

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Puerta del Sol. The apartment is in excellent condition despite the age of the building. Clean an confortable.
It has an elevator, but it doesn't reach the ground floor. You have to go up a very long stairs which is awful when arriving with luggage. The elevator doesn't go directly to the floor, but to a halp-floor level. The last day we bought a late check out and went out to buy souvenir and when we came back, they blocked us the entrance to the apartment, the code didn't work. We stood outside in the street under the rain and our luggage was inside the appartment until they could fix the problem with the code. They didn't even apologize.
