Good location and quite inside the apartment. if there is no protest action happening on the nearby square, it would be perfect.

Some construction work and resultant noise as well as the municipality not cleaning sufficiently outside the entrance and placing sufficient dirt bins, but this is outside of the control of this property.

Huge apartment in such a great location!

A lovely, spacious and very clean apartment in an excellent location, with all the comforts and amenities needed for a pleasant stay. We particularly appreciated having two bathrooms and the fact that the second bedroom also has a proper bed, which makes the apartment very practical for families or groups. The owner was very kind and helpful. He was also very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in and after check-out, which we really appreciated. One thing I would suggest improving is the furniture, especially the armchairs and sofas, as they could be a little more comfortable for relaxing. Personally, I would also prefer fewer decorative cushions on the sofas and armchairs, mainly for hygiene reasons, as unlike bed linen and towels, they are not changed between guests. It might also be worth considering slightly softer mattresses in the future, as the current ones may feel a little firm for some guests. Also, there is some noise coming from the water pressure pump, which could perhaps be checked to make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The apartment has many positive features and, with a few small improvements, it could be even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Location. Updated kitchen. Good windows muted sound from street.

The layout was awkward (long hallway from kitchen to dining table). Very small bathroom (no where to hang clothes. Only one towel rack). Small bedrooms. Had to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. Not ideal for an 86 year old with a heart condition.
