You cannot get closer than this. Great location. Great amenities.
The right room is loud. Like really loud. With the window closed, you can hear everything like you would sleep with the head on the street. The same room has a little bit of moisture marks on the wall with the window. The bathroom ceiling could use a little love. The ceramic hob we found it cracked, we used it with no problems.

Appartement très bien situé, très proche de la Puerta del Sol, des centres d'intérêt et des commerces (avec même un petit supermarché au pied de l'appartement : très pratique !).
L'une des chambres était très bien isolée phoniquement (double vitrage), par contre pour la deuxième : pas de double vitrage (et donc très bruyante la nuit). Salle de bains bien équipée (douche à l'italienne) mais qui demande à être rénovée (plaques au plafond qui sont cassées et trouées, points de moisissure dans la douche au sol).

El aire acondicionado del lugar es decepcionante. No enfría suficiente en verano. Mucho ruido en las noches, cerca de muchos bares locales.
