The location of the apartment was great-everything is in the historical center of Madrid is reachable by foot. The accommodation itself is very well maintained and clean. The host is really attentive to your requests. At check-in we got our room early, because it was already available. At check-out we were able to store our luggage for a couple of hours.

it was in the down town old city. vibrant night life and interesting network of streets. The major museums were close by. What more could you want?
Atocha was a very busy street and we had sirens well after midnight. So "noisy" would be my only complaint. But we were right down town where there was a lot of night life. Lots of fun.
It is a noisy and busy part of town. But an interesting place to watch people and quite the night life.

Maintenance of fixed items like bathroom hangers was not done properly.

I liked the location and the cleanliness
The communication with the people who lead the administration, was horrible, the next day we were going to our son's graduation and we need to iron the clothes, we communicated with them and they responded with a refusal at 2 in the afternoon much later that the event had already ended
