Excellent location, close to Sol and the metro, convenient for transportation. The house is quite new with new furnishings. The host provided enthusiastic support via WhatsApp. Reasonable price I think
There was a problem with the sewer smell in the toilet, but it was fine after it was dealt with. The only issue is that the front room is quite noisy because it's near the street. Home should consider installing a soundproof door. Also, the walls between the rooms are probably made of drywall, so it's easy to hear sounds from the adjacent rooms.
