La ubicación

Nice location very near to Puerta del Sol. Room had all working appliances. There was an elevator, air conditioning, and a combo washer/dryer! Nice little balcony to watch over the crowds.

Drawer in bathroom was broken. Room was 2 bedroom but very small. Not enough furniture for 4 adults to sit comfortably. This room is clearly made for 2 adults and 2 children. The registration process was very difficult with a 3rd party app. We had several (unknown) requirements to complete before we could get into the apartment. Had to enter passport # multiple times as the app would clear if you made a mistake. We sat outside the door for half an hour fulfilling all the requirements. This is after spending a half hour the night before trying to update all the requested information. We never did meet anyone from the property, however they did call me when it was clear we we getting frustrated. They need to fire the 3rd party company.
