La ubicación, apartamento con balconcito que se ve parte de La puerta del sol, muy bien equipado, limpio y acogedor, muy bien insonorizado y con ascensor desde el portal, y todo muy cerca, aconsejable totalmente, repetiría sin duda, un 10

La ubicación y el que dejarán un detalle para el desayuno del día siguiente
El apartamento está muy deteriorado . Se nota el uso intenso en multitud de detalles: cristales rotos, pintura desprendida en el baño, etc. No me gustó que abriera el armario y me encontrara escaleras sucias y otros electrodomésticos viejos. No pude colgar ahí la ropa. Las almohadas eran altísimas e incómodas. La limpieza dejaba que desear en muchos sitios. En el apartamento había mucho ruido del exterior. ( Y como detalle, hubiera preferido toallas blancas a negras que no me Gustan nada porque no dan sensación de limpieza)
