Right by Puerta del Sol with great access to all the main sights.

1. The elevator only stops on half-levels. Whether you’re arriving or leaving, you have to lug your suitcases up or down half a flight of stairs yourself. 2. You’re required to take your trash to the street containers after 10 PM. The problem is, if you have more trash the next morning, the large residential bins are locked, leaving you to hunt for tiny public bins. 3. Despite the 11 AM check-out, I received reminder emails at 10:30 and 10:45. It felt very rushed like I was being pushed out. 4. There’s a separate insurance fee on top of the rate. Also, be careful: they consider any items left behind as a "late check-out" and will charge you accordingly. They didn’t charge me, but it's a heads-up for future guests.
