The location was amazing, the apartment was super quiet, impecable, clean. I had to contact the property with two issues while I was there and they were quick to respond and tend to it. 😊
The elevator is already up 2 flights of stairs! Not very helpful when you have heavy luggage, which I did as I was going on to a business trip after Madrid. And I did not like to have to wait to the very last minute to get the door code, it was a bit stressful to have to keep checking for messages up to the last minute. The door lock made strange sounds, I asked them to check it, I should have been advised so I would not have worried about it.
