Location was excellent. Right in the centre of Sol and less than a minute walk away from the metro and main square. Great amounts of space, big bathroom area, and great size kitchen.

Four lengthy flights of stairs to climb each time you go to the property. The windows in the main living area seem very old, quite fiddly and feel like they may break when moved. Very difficult to close once open, often allowing noise from outside to come in. The access to the bedroom is on a winding staircase, which doesn’t seem bolted down to maximise safety, must be very careful going down the stairs from the bedroom. Floors are very squeaky in the apartment, meaning that it is easy to wake others up when walking through. TV was quite slow when trying to watch. The WiFi is only strong in the living area, loses connection in the bedrooms.

AC in bedroom by the kitchen did not work well during heat wave. App instructed to use to open the apartment door did not work and we had to call to get a PIN code. Location was difficult to find.

Tout. L'emplacement, la taille du logement, la facilité d'échange avec le propriétaire, la petite terrasse très agréable pour l'apéro, la salle de bain immense, les chambres spacieuses, la cuisine fonctionnelle.
