We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to Plaza Mayor, La Gran Via the Cathedral, Palace and so many restaurants. There were so many Christmas markets around town the really put you in the Christmas spirit.
The Internet never worked for us. They do give you access to the Internet and password but it would always disconnect. Was unable to use the Internet at all.

Location perfect for first time visitors and for people enjoying the downtown vibe and walkable to most things. Cleanliness and staff very strong points too.
We had the two bedrooms-two bathrooms loft and we enjoyed the skylight windows.
Felt safe too.
Excellent choice for family members or groups of friends who want to be together and retain a bit of autonomy too.
It was really a bit too expensive - probably because there was a Holiday included in our days there. It will be more value for money if you can avoid public holidays.

Location, very quiet, clean, helpfully and polite staff.
It could have been better if the flat had a washing machine., some kitchenware missing.
