Luxury Apartment in the Puerta del Sol and next to the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and the best museums, theaters and shops of the city, Restaurants, Tapas. Logically well connected and close walking distance to all the sights of Madrid. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, kitchen, 3 balconies. Located on the second floor is very bright. The building has two elevators. Fully equipped for your comfort: Air Conditioning and Heating, Movistar TV Smart TV, Football, Formula 1, MotoGP, etc, ADSL Fibre Optic. The apartment has everything needed to accommodate up to 6 guests, bedding, toalllas, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryers, etc., to make you feel as comfortable as at home. We rented this great apartment of 120 m2 newly refurbished (July 2014), 4m high ceilings, sunny, central and charming and luxury. It's in the street Marques Widower of Pontejos in Puerta del Sol, downtown, within walking distance of the most interesting places in Madrid. It is the perfect place if you are looking for quality accommodation, economical and quiet in the city center, to feel at home. You can walk to most sights of Madrid.
The APARTMENT - EQUIPMENT
The apartment is on the second floor of an elegant building with elevator. The furniture and all the equipment is new, quality and design. It is therefore an apartment with all amenities and is perfect for relaxing in the evening after a long day of sightseeing.
The apartment consists of:
* Master suite with king bed, closet and private bathroom, also has a lot charming terrace pedestal with breakfast or coffee, cups, etc.
* Room with two beds, cupboard.
* Possibility of 2 extra beds.
* Can sleep up to 6 guests.
* Other Bathroom with shower.
* Kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat in the apartment. Includes ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill, washing machine, coffee / tea kettle and toaster, coffee and assorted utensils.
* Lounge / dining room, sofa, armchairs and all amenities, with SMART TV (over 100 channels - movistar-wire, Football, MotoGP, Formula 1, etc ..)
* Three large balconies overlooking the street.
* Air conditioning throughout the house

* Internet WIFI. Fiber optic 300Mb

If your goal is to have a great time in Madrid, you need to stay in this apartment! The location couldn't be better. There are several locally owned shops, grocery stores, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants close by. You will be a few minutes' walk from some of the most popular sights Madrid has to offer. The street and apartment building felt safe, and the people there were very friendly. Angel is a wonderful host and has equipped his apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was effortless. I loved having my morning coffee out on the balcony.

This is a fantastic location. You are right next to everything you would want to walk to. Angel was the perfect host very helpful but not ever intrusive. It’s also one of the few Vrbo’s I’ve stayed in where everything works. There is only one remote for the TV. You turn it on and it works! The property is immaculate. You are surrounded by grocery stores within an easy walking distance, and the prices are very affordable. There is some street noise at night, but that’s to be expected in the city this size when you are right in the center of everything. We had a wonderful time!

What a lovely apartment. Great location! Right next to Sol. You can walk to the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Gran Vía. All within a ten minute walk. Angel was wonderful , met us at the front door ,showed us around the apartment and gave us some great recommendations! Would definitely go back!

Angel is the perfect host! The apartment was beyond our expectations. The location was fantastic. If it was possible to give this listing six stars, I would! We will tell everyone that visits Madrid to stay here. And, we will be back!
