Everything was excellent! It was our first time in this hotel but for sure is not going to be our last! The position of the building,the reception staff,everything was perfect! We stayed in apartment 52,a two bedroom apartment with terrace and we loved it! Good size,very clean,two bathrooms.

The location was prime-steps away from Sol. Cute, clean apartment with all you need to make breakfast/coffee/meals. It was on inside corridor so no traffic noise. The staff were very helpful and supplied us with extra blankets as it was very cold when we were there. Small elevator but happy to have it.
There are no English channels on TV. One channel would have been nice to watch news.

It was a great price for what we got! Own private bedroom and bathroom in the heart of Madrid. Can’t beat it. Very spacious, friendly staff.

The location is excellent, 4-5 minutes walking distance to Sol Station which can take trains to different attractions. Also there are shopping malls around the area.
We stayed in a studio with kitchen. It is noise and we could hear the noise from Street and the room next to us. The bathroom is tiny, and the voltage for the stove is low, so it took long time to cook. On the day we checked out, there was out of power in our studio between 3 - 4am. We communicated with the property but received the response after checking out. We were told that the outage was due to an appliance with an inappropriate voltate was connected in one of the neighboring apartments. TBecause of power outage, we packed in the dark and checked out early since we didn't know what happened and not comfortable to stay at the studio.
The hotel offered us a discount for our next stay but not the current one even I asked for it. I don't think I can really give a good rating based on my experience.
