La propiedad es muy buena. El edifico es super viejo! No hay ascensor. Tres pisos por escalera. Pero…. El departamento súper renovado a nuevo y súper completo. Con buen gusto en la decoración.
El sillón cama tiene el elástico vencido. Pero resolver para dormir.

The apartment was in general nice. The bedroom was good and the living room spacious. Everything we needed, the apartment had.
The location in the center of MAdrid was great and eveything was accessible by foot.
The location on one hand was great, but on the other hand it was on top of a popular churro place, which was open 24/7. So there were always a lot of people outside and the noise was big.
The sofabed in the living room was the worst thing. Looking at other reviews, it's about time to buy a new one, but for some reason it's not done. The sofabed was tilted in many ways, so it was the most uncomfortable sleeping experience I have ever had in a rental apartment. It was really bad. We actually took the mattrace and put it directly on the floor which was much more better then sleeping on the sofabed. Please buy a new one!
