The location is excellent. In the heart of the city with all of the main attractions within walking distance. The property is basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were great and communication was very good both before and during the stay. They also have an office nearby if you want to contact in person, or leave luggage. I would recommend for all those who want to experience Madrid and be at the centre of the Spanish capital.
The shower is basic but usable and the walls are thin, so some noise is to be expected.

Staff was amazing and the place was near the main Metro
Poor cleaning and V shaped beds. The hot shower runned out thrice .
