Perfect for a short stay in the centre of Madrid, full equipped little studio with everything you need, clean, modern and super bright!
If you are concerned about noise the nightlife outside does get pretty loud, however this wasn’t an issue for me for a couple of nights

The location, nice bed, laundry facilities (and soap), nice a/c.
3 flight of stairs. We are 70 +/- 2 years. The laundry was in the stairwell for 2 days. There is something wrong with the hob. It doesn’t heat up very well. It is a bit noisy.

Studio apartment well designed, well fitted out, good location, very secure, very central to everything. Bars, restaurants, night life in abundance. Very lively location. Best ever towells.
Only late night noise which could impact light sleepers.

Good central location. Lovely terrace. Very comfy large bed
Property showing signs of wear which is surprising given the premium price paid. Building work across the road made sitting on the terrace less attractive due to noise and dust
