The apartment was clean, comfortable and central. The kitchen was fully equipped, but with accessibility issues. 4 floors with numerous steps no lift.

We stayed on the 4th floor, with the rooftop balcony. I was very disappointed to discover on arrival that the apartment is located up several flights of stairs and there is no lift or elevator. This important information was not made sufficiently clear in the Booking.com listing. There were at least 58 steps all the way to the 4th floor. My daughter and I arrived with two large suitcases, and carrying them up multiple flights of stairs was extremely difficult. As I have recently had surgery and am unable to lift heavy luggage, this created a significant problem and made the start of our stay very stressful. I strongly believe the absence of a lift should be prominently stated in the property description so that guests can make an informed decision before booking. Had I known this in advance, I would not have chosen this apartment. Future guests, particularly those with mobility issues, recent injuries, medical conditions, or heavy luggage, should be aware of the access situation before making a reservation.

It’s a bit noisy but we knew it and for us it was ok

Perfect for a short stay in the centre of Madrid, full equipped little studio with everything you need, clean, modern and super bright!

If you are concerned about noise the nightlife outside does get pretty loud, however this wasn’t an issue for me for a couple of nights

Property showing signs of wear which is surprising given the premium price paid. Building work across the road made sitting on the terrace less attractive due to noise and dust
