About this apartment rental
Great apartment located a few meters from the emblematic Plaza del Sol in Madrid (1 min), Plaza Mayor (5 min) and Ópera (5 min). Located, therefore, in one of the best areas of Madrid and in the heart of the tourist area. It is very bright too.
The apartment consists on a large living-dining room with two balconies and an open-plan kitchen with an island. Also, two bedrooms each one with a dressing-room and a bathroom in suite.
The apartment is prepared and equipped with everything you need so that you can enjoy each of its corners. It is delivered with the bed linen and towels necessary for the guests. In the bathroom, following the customs of the best hotels, you will find hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
Completely renovated and equipped. Next to all the "traditional" points of great interest (tourist and leisure). When you leave it, you will run into all the social bustle of the capital. Upon entering, peace and relaxation guaranteed.
It is located on a 2nd floor with no elevator but with such comfortable stairs.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, with stylish, thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The space was very spacious, and the bedrooms were large, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day out.The location couldn’t have been better—set in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and shops just steps away, and within easy walking distance to the Puerta del Sol Metro. There was also a convenient taxi stop nearby, making it easy to get around the city.During our stay, they were just finishing updates to the elevator, which is a great added bonus for future guests. Overall, an exceptional stay in a stunning, well-located apartment—I would absolutely return.

This was a great apartment! We really loved the location and the neighborhood. It was very walkable to everything, and there are so many great restaurants and bars. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It offered everything we needed. Owner/management reached out to check on us and responded quickly, if we had questions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent property, great location to explore Madrid very clean and tidy, everything presented very well. Communication was great and instructions very clear. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Madrid
