—VACATION RENTALS ONLY A magnificent 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment in the heart of the city, located on the 2nd floor with a mezzanine elevator.
Located in the heart of Madrid’s “Las Letras” neighborhood, this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is bright, modern, and elegant.
The apartment has been completely renovated. The open-concept living room is spacious and bright, featuring three classic Spanish balconies overlooking Atocha Street. In the entryway area, there is a full bathroom with a chromotherapy shower.
The kitchen, located next to the dining room, is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
A large hallway leads to the rest of the rooms in the house. The first bedroom features two single beds and storage space. Next is the second bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet. There is also a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and, next to it, a small closet with a washer and dryer.
The master suite features a double bed, storage space, and a large en suite bathroom.
-Check-ins after 8:00 p.m. incur a fee of 30 euros.
-Check-ins after 11:00 p.m. incur a fee of 50 euros.
-Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Our staff will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; simply leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
-If there are six people and you still wish to use the sofa bed, there is an additional charge.

Host was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. It is very quiet considering the busy street in front. The location is OUTSTANDING, within walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, tapas bars, and all the major tourist sights in central Madrid. Highly recommend this place for your visit to Madrid.

Pros: good a/c and appliances. Great location for first time visiting.
Cons: main bathroom shower clogged and bed squeaks to the point it is unusable.
Zero cleaning supplies which makes it difficult for three weeks. One tiny sponge in kitchen but fully stocked otherwise, not sure how you would clean up if you actually used the kitchen. Had to beg for dishwasher and washer detergent.
Photos are better than reality. Good space but cheap, old furnishings.
