The La Latina neighbourhood is one of the most charming and lively areas of Madrid thanks to its narrow streets, characteristic of its origins as a medieval Islamic fortress, with numerous tapas bars and taverns. Two of the most touristy spots in this area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, which features works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower. On Sundays, both the El Rastro flea market and the cafés and food stalls fill up with visitors. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.

Although the apartment is located in an area full of life, packed with services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a peaceful and quiet atmosphere thanks to the good soundproofing of the property and its location in the interior part of the building.



The Apartment:

The best choice between comfort and location. Comfortable, welcoming and with perfect lighting, this apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay the moment you walk in. It is located on the second floor of a residential building.

The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.

The living area, which also integrates the dining room for an open and comfortable space, has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed if necessary, a Smart TV and pleasant décor that invites you to relax.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave and other appliances.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.

Air conditioning only in the living room.

Central heating schedule (winter only, November-May) from 13:00 to 23:00.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



Please note:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the telephone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle traffic access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard
