The room that we was very clean, and very comfortable. More importantly was this high level of communication with the staff from the moment we booked. We also requested to check into our suite earlier than the official check-in time and our representative Elena went above & beyond to allow us entrance 3 hours sooner. Our daughter has a medical condition and after the long flight to Madrid this accommodation was much appreciated. The building is centrally located to you have plenty of access to shopping and restaurants.
That we had to leave so soon.
