Avevamo concordato di posare le valigie alla 13...ho chiamato dalle 13 alle 14 senza ricevere risposta ho dovuto contattare l assistenza clienti per ricevere una risposta...alle 14 e 10 eravamo in casa con la signora delle pulizie che ha pulito praticamente poco...lo scarico di un bagno non funzionava abbiamo dovuto rovesciare l acqua con il secchio..per accedere dopo le prime chiavi d accesso dovevano mandarcene altre definitive ma le abbiamo ricevute dopo parecchio tempo e ovviamente continuando a chiamare senza ricevere risposta...
