Drs J stayed here for a weekend break in Madrid. The flat is in a great area of town just a short walk from the Palace and other tourist attractions. There is a supermarket, a natural wine bar and cosy bar all within a couple of minutes. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included at the property which was clean and tidy throughout. Communication with the host was perfect.
We could only stay 3 nights!

The location is fantastic if you are ok with the school noise and cigarette smell...
The whole apartment smelled horribly of cigarettes, everything was soaked in smoke smell, we asked for the bed sheets to be changed which the host did quickly, but if you do not like the smell of cigarettes stay away from this property as there is no way to get rid of that lasting smell everywhere.. It seems a generalized problem as the staircase also smelled most of the time the same..
On the other side you have to know that the property is in front of a children school which makes it very loud all day during school times
