Nice and colorful exterior apartment, spacious, comfortable and modern decor, newly renovated, has two bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom, another with 2 single beds, another bathroom and a large kitchen with dining area. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels ....
(Due to the fact that it has been recently painted the predominant wall color is white).
The space
Unique space located next to the neighborhood of La Latina, close to all services, transport, leisure area, tourist attractions and the center of Madrid, yet located in a very quiet street and on a top floor for the best rest. The apartment has been recently renovated and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. One bedroom suite with new bed, bed linen, several pillows, large closets, bathroom with hydro-massage shower, ceiling fan, heating and balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, closets, ceiling fan and balcony. The house has a large hallway with air conditioning for good air conditioning and an additional bathroom with hairdryer, towels, and personal hygiene products. There is a large kitchen with everything you need (cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster...) next to the kitchen is an additional bathroom.

The host, Julio, was exceptional, he answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. The apartment is as pictured and described. The bathroom showers are very well appointed and are really relaxing after a long day in museums. The neighborhood is mostly quiet but there was early morning street noise to set up the huge flea market on Sunday, all good.
