Excelente ubicacion, facil acceso y la comodidad de contar con 2 baños completos. Apartamento correctamente equipado. Muy importante el lavaropas cuando te quedas mas de 4 o 5 dias.
Depto interno, si no te asomas por la ventana y miras al cielo no sabes como esta el dia. Eso tambien lo hace un poco ruidoso. Los ambientes cumplen pero son pequeños, en los cuartos los placards no tienen espacio para colocar una valija. Cocina funcional pero pequeña y le vendria muy bien un horno electrico para al menos hacer una pizza..........

1. Location is very nice, near to metro station, near to centre, Lidl, market 24/7, restaurants, caffes
2. Safety is 10/10, two doors before enter in the apartment, quiet building
3. Clean apartment
4. Good communication with hosts, available 24/7
1. Small rooms, small beds, sofa in the living room very bad for sleeping, too much decorations that make the place smaller

3. Elevator just for 2people, 4th floor
4. French balcony, no balcony at all

Beliggenheten er perfekt midt i Madrid. Det er korte gåavstander til det meste. La Latina området er et svært i innholdsrikt område. Nært metro.
Det var rent og ryddig i leiligheten.
Leiligheten er egnet for opp til 4 personer
Enkel og smidig kommunikasjon med de som administrerte utleie både før ankomst og under oppholdet. Tett sluk på badet ble løst umiddelbart.
Leiligheten er en brannfelle. Det er ikke egnede rømningsveier. Alle vinduer vender inn i trang bakgård uten branntrapp.. 5 etasjer ned i smal trappegang er ikke egnet som rømningsvei. Sengene var svært harde uten overmadrass.
Kjøkkenet er kun egnet til å lage frokost. Kjøkkenet har ikke komfyr.
Noe komplisert og ustrukturert overlevering av nøkler ved ankomst.
