Sophisticated brand new flat in historic district

The location of the apartment is perfect. Easy to go on foot to all the main tourist places in the center of Madrid. Near the Royal Palace, lot of nice Restaurants and cafes around. The metro station is nearby. The apartment is a modern, nicely renovated place in an old building. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Coffee machine (Nespresso capsules), microwave oven, dishwashing machine, and laundry washing machine, iron, wacum cleaner...all. Tap water is good for drinking. Two bathrooms! Air conditioning is working perfectly.

When you get to the apartment, you can notice a smell characteristic of old buildings (mould), but after a while, you stop noticing it. Not much of a view. A bigger hand soap would be nice to have in the bathroom :)

Excelente ubicacion, facil acceso y la comodidad de contar con 2 baños completos. Apartamento correctamente equipado. Muy importante el lavaropas cuando te quedas mas de 4 o 5 dias.

Depto interno, si no te asomas por la ventana y miras al cielo no sabes como esta el dia. Eso tambien lo hace un poco ruidoso. Los ambientes cumplen pero son pequeños, en los cuartos los placards no tienen espacio para colocar una valija. Cocina funcional pero pequeña y le vendria muy bien un horno electrico para al menos hacer una pizza..........

Bina ve eşyalar oldukça eski. Yataklarda konforlu değildi. Temizlikte orta düzeyde yapılmıştı.
