The apartment has two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room, featuring a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a work area with a comfortable desk. Next to the living room, there is a dining area, equipped with a large table for six people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary modern utensils and appliances for use.
The first bedroom offers two joined single beds, a practical wardrobe, workspace with desk, and a large window. The second bedroom features two joined single beds, large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom for greater comfort and privacy. Additionally, the apartment has a second full bathroom with a shower available for all guests.
Located in one of the most emblematic and lively areas of Madrid, the apartment places you at the epicenter of Madrid’s culture, gastronomy, and entertainment. Surrounded by traditional shops, bars, and restaurants, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic Madrilenian life, tasting the exquisite local gastronomy and enjoying the hospitality that characterizes this neighborhood.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The apartment was clean and easy to locate. Parking nearby was convenient as we rented a car. We were disappointed that there was a washing machine and no dryer in the apartment. There was also a smell that came from the bathrooms when the showers or water was not ran for a while. This must have been a Spain thing as we noticed this in bathrooms throughout the city. Overall, we would stay again as the host was very helpful and responsive. She waited on us after hours when our flight was changed.

A fantastic property, tastefully furnished and decorated with all necessary ammenities. Great and helpful host. Particularly appreciated the bedding/towel refresh service half way through our stay. Great central location.
