About this apartment rental
This flat is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do shopping at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, you will find the living room integrated with the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, induction hob and everything necessary for cooking.
The living room has a living area and dining area.
The night area consists of three double bedrooms.
There are two bathrooms with shower.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols, the schedules in the heating months will be from 1:00 PM until 11:00 PM
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

We started our trip to Spain in Madrid and spent three nights in this apartment. Unfortunately, the blackout occurred during our second day inMadrid. The apartment was cozy and comfortable and clean. Entry to the apartment and the building was completely electronic, so we weren't able to enter the apartment for several hours during the blackout. There weren't manual keys in the apartment when we initially entered electronically (as there were in the other VRBO's that we stayed in) but eventually, we were able to obtain a set of manual keys from the main office. The apartment is very close to Plaza Mayor and grocery shopping and many restaurants were a short walk.

The property had what we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located- close to most points of interest as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with property management was also very timely. Would stay here again.

The apartment’s location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The check-in app was user-friendly, though the automatic entry system wasn’t working, and we needed to call maintenance for access. The team responded quickly, but we later noticed the air conditioner remote also needed new batteries. The furniture was a bit worn, and the beds were somewhat small for two people. Overall, the property could use a bit more upkeep, as the shower enclosures leaked slightly onto the floors.
