Located in the Barrio de Latina neighbourhood next to Plaza de Tirso de Molina. A very multicultural area of Madrid full of activity and leisure options. Just a few minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or the Reina Sofía Museum, all of which are must-see attractions in the city. Visitors will find everything they could need within reach. The best gastronomic offer of restaurants and an excellent tapas route, a great leisure offer with cinemas showing films in their original language 5 minutes' walk away, and thousands of cafés and shops.
The Apartment:
Located in a refurbished building typical of the 1950s, in which all its apartments are dedicated to short stays, making it ideal also for large groups. Designed, renovated and decorated with optimal quality for an impeccable stay. Equipped with everything necessary for maximum comfort. Lift, air conditioning, heating, wifi internet, as well as complete kitchen equipment with all appliances.
The apartment has 2 independent bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a very comfortable open kitchen. It has capacity for 6 people arranged in 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed.
Its decoration has been carried out applying aesthetic criteria adapted to the latest trends, with beautiful, comfortable and simple furniture. Combining colours through furnishings and building materials. Highlighting important details such as the use of beautiful hydraulic tiles in the bathrooms and hallway. The kitchens are of high quality and modern with the latest in innovation. A great success.

Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
Central heating is subject to schedules established by the community. The schedules are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, set at 21 degrees
Please note:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Law (LAU). Customers will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to failure to carry out this prior process.
Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle traffic access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard

The flat was fully equipped with everything four persons need for a short (or extended) stay in the city. The organization MIT House provided us with a baby cot for no additional charge, thanks again. The flat was quiet and located in the fourth floor with two terraces. The elevator was small and we had to folt the stroller, but that's how it is. :)
One evening we were sitting together and made conversation. As there were two babys sleeping in the rooms next to the kitchen, we paied attention to be quiet in order to not wake them up. Sometimes they woke up, but because they were hungry. Anyway, starting from 10pm we received two threatening WhatsApp messages to be more quiet or the organization will keep our deposit. Later at roughly 11:30pm a night watchman rang at our door and told us about the apparent disturbance. He told us that he could not find anything loud in our conversations and that he will note his observations for the organization. Furthermore, we already mentioned that there will be two six months old babys in the appartment, beeing completely quiet was not possible.
I wrote a WhatsApp message and an Email to clarify the situation, but both were never answered.
To improve your service, you could answer your messages or mails more assiduously and prove any accusations before taking actions.

The property management was very helpful in helping us enjoy a day in the city despite our early arrival. I suggest you download the app in advance to make the process even easier.
Great location a block away from public transit and shops. Yet, very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is spacious for 2 cooks! We had to buy some glasses (we left them there for the next guests) but that might be because we like our wine…. The bedrooms are small but very comfortable and the AC is very efficient.
Most importantly, the 2 terraces are AWESOME! The dining terrace is in the shade for breakfast and dinner and the lounging terrace has a mix of shade and sun most of the day so there’s always a good place to be outside.

Nice and comfortable apartment, with open floor plan, and 2 big terraces. It's next to the Plaza Tirso de Molina, so there's crowds of people day and night and it can get very loud. Overall we had a good stay, and I'd stay here in the future because I like to be in the middle of everything, but if you're looking for something quiet and tranquil, I don't think this is the place to stay.

Nous avons moins apprécié :
- manque d’ustensiles de cuisines (pas assez de verres pour 6)
- pas condiment (sel, poivre ou huile) ou autres (pas assez de papier toilettes)
- le canapé lit (matelas inconfortable)
- les toilettes dans la SDB
