About this apartment rental
Located in the Latina Neighbourhood near Tirso de Molina Square. A very multicultural area of Madrid full of activity and leisure options. A few minutes walking from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or Reina Sofía Museum, all of them a must-visit in the city. Visitors will find within their reach everything they might need. The best gastronomic offer of restaurants and an excellent tapas route, a great leisure offer with original version cinemas 5 minutes on foot, and thousands of cafés and shops.
The Apartment:
Located in a renovated building typical of the 1950s, where all its apartments are dedicated to short stays, making it ideal for large groups. Designed, renovated, and decorated with optimal quality for an impeccable stay. Equipped with everything necessary for maximum comfort. Lift, air conditioning, heating, WiFi internet, as well as complete kitchen equipment with all appliances.
The apartment has 3 independent bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a very comfortable open kitchen. It has capacity for 8 people arranged in 1 double bed, 4 single beds and a double sofa bed.
Its decoration has been carried out applying aesthetic criteria adapted to the latest trends, with beautiful, comfortable and simple furniture. Combining colours through furniture and construction materials. Highlighting important details such as the use of beautiful hydraulic floors in the bathrooms and hallway. The kitchens are of high quality and modern with the latest innovation. A great success.

Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
Central heating is subject to schedules established by the community. The schedules are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

Location was good.
Shower doors don't close causing water to leak out.
Living Room lamp was out, I called but nobody came. I had to sit in dark living room.
