With ideal balconies overlooking the iconic Plaza Santa Ana, the flat features plenty of light, warmth and freshness throughout the day. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a comfortable double bed each and two comfortable and spacious bathrooms: one with a bathtub and another with a shower.
The extensive living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, two armchairs in a modern and minimalist style and a television. The modern kitchen, meanwhile, has a perfect size for sharing with family, is fully equipped and has a large window that provides light and freshness.
The apartment is located on a fourth floor with a lift.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify with a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This property is available exclusively for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.
The guest must provide proof of the reason for their stay (for example, temporary relocation for work, studies, medical treatment or care for a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.

The apartment is good, the decoration was good as well, however it should be noted that the main room does NOT have a private or dedicated bathroom but a Jack and hill kind of arrangement with the other sleeping room. There is Only One AC in the whole apartment which is small and not enough to do any good for such a hot summer (even if the summer was not as hot, it would be NOT enough. The rest of the apartment have fans on the floor but it was not enough. The electrical system keep failing and we ended a couple of time without lights. The elevator in the building keep failing as well, so much so that the day we left the apartment we had to carry 8 suitcases down 4 floors. If I knew that in advance I would NOT have rented this apartment. I believe that telling your tenants the truth is very important and I do not feel the information provided was completely accurate. The apartment was clean and the decoration was good, the communication with the owner was also good. The location is great if you want to be net to SOL.

This was a beautiful, well appointed apartment and we LOVED the location looking out on Santa Ana Plaza. We were there off season and the square was being renovated but crews were very good about quiet hours. Highly recommend this place. Electronic check in with the app was not available on this apartment so had to go to the office to pick up keys but the process was good.

The location of the property was perfect. We had an easy time seeing everything we wanted to in the city from the apartment. The square is a bit noisy at night and if you are a light sleeper, the primary bedroom might be a problem. Our biggest disappointment was the check in process and communication with the property managers - MIT House. My first inquiry and request was for a Porta crib. They responded that if one was available, there would be one there. Not a great answer for planning a trip with a baby. I inquired 2 more times hoping that they would say they reserved one, but no. However, there was one there when we arrived, thank goodness. We booked an entire day ahead so that we could check in when we arrived in Madrid after a long trip from the states. They said 8:00 was outside their check in time after 3:00 and no one could meet us there until then. Upon further correspondence, they finally agreed to let us collect the keys at the MIT House office at 10:00. There was no further communication from them to assure that we arrive safely and were able to access the apartment. I would probably not rent another vacation home managed by MIT House. However, I booked the apartment on VRBO, so there was no way of knowing that they were passing off the management to MIT House. This should be very transparent information.

Not really 3 self contained bedrooms. 2 share a walk-in robe and the 3rd has no cupboard space. Kitchen is equipped with utensils glasses and crockery that would be barely satisfactory for an army on a forced march.
