About this apartment rental
New apartment located on Calle Atocha, near Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. It's an ideal apartment for a family or a large group looking for comfort, design, and high-quality finishes in the heart of Madrid.
It is located on the 4th floor with a mezzanine elevator.
This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
The living area, located outside the house, is an open-plan space with three balconies leading to a welcoming lounge. The original fireplace, restored by our team, is a highlight. The lounge sofa converts into a bed with a memory foam mattress, thanks to an Italian-style opening mechanism. The dining area is also located in this space, with a table that comfortably seats up to eight people. The fully equipped American-style kitchen is connected to the living and dining area. A full bathroom is also located in this part of the house.
Inside the property we can find the bedrooms and the rest of the bathrooms, offering more privacy and well-being to the guests.
Two of the bedrooms have 150cm beds and built-in wardrobes with enough space for two people. The master bedroom has a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom.
The next bedroom has two 90cm beds as well as a built-in wardrobe with enough space for two people.
There are also two full bathrooms in this area for the rest of the rooms.
-Check-in after 8:00 pm costs 30 euros.
-Check-in after 11:00 pm costs 50 euros.
Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you only need to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
-If there are eight people, and they still wish to use the sofa bed, there is an additional cost.

Location is excellent, very clean, the grocery store across the street and metro station were very convenient. It was great for our family of 8 for 1 week. There is a sulfur like smell in the laundry room/bathroom at times. Cleaning supplies for bathrooms and kitchen are not provided so we had to buy some.

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Responsive hosts. Great neighborhood for sightseeing. Grocery store directly across the street, loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Prada, major squares, historical landmarks. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent experience on this trip to Madrid. The apartment was spacious, well located to everything. I had 7 people in my party and we had plenty of room for everyone. Can highly recommend this accommodation for future guests.
