Design, quality and comfort
This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at the Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
Entering, on the right-hand side, there is an open space with a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a sofa bed, and a lovely sitting area next to a dining room. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds.
It has two bathrooms with a shower.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

The check in process was ok although there was no option of leaving the luggage before checking in- we arrived at noon and had to wait until 3 with all our luggage.
The apt was clean- but there was literally nothing - like salt and condiments. There very only 2 small soaps, a shampoo and body wash.
The water pressure was fair but as you shower, the water level you’re standing in- rises.
I think that most of the building has apartments for rent as the last 3 nights, there were some super noisy neighbors right above my bedroom - stomping on the floor at 2 am.
Madrid is a beautiful city and although it is bih, everything is 20-30 min walking distance
