About this apartment rental
We offer you a spacious and modern apartment right in the heart of Madrid, with spectacular views of the Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel Market. It’s perfect for adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups. It’s very well connected by bus and metro, though if you’d rather enjoy a stroll through Madrid, you can walk to the city’s main tourist attractions.
The apartment features all the amenities you need, including air conditioning and heating, cable TV, memory foam mattresses and pillows, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. We guarantee you’ll have a wonderful stay!!! Since it’s a historic building, It has stairs; there is no elevator.
IMPORTANT! We have two other apartments with similar features in the very same building; please check with us regarding availability for groups of more than 12 people.

The apartments are located in the Plaza Mayor, so they’re surrounded by all kinds of amenities: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and more. In this very square, you’ll also find a Tourist Information Center where you can get information and plan the best way to explore the city. The San Miguel Market, where you can enjoy Madrid-style tapas and cuisine, is also just a few meters away.
It’s very well connected both on foot—since all the points of interest are close to the accommodation—and by metro and bus. The nearest metro station is Sol (lines 1, 2, 3, and Renfe Cercanías), and throughout the area (La Latina, Ópera, Sol, etc.), you’ll also find various bus routes that will make it easy to get around the city. Additionally, there is a public parking lot in Plaza Mayor.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. so that our cleaning service can enter.

🚫 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
PARTIES: Strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction in case of non-compliance.
OCCUPANCY: Only registered guests (including children).
SMOKING: Allowed only on the terrace. Prohibited inside the apartment.
INTERNET: Use of Wi-Fi is the sole responsibility of the guest.
🤫 COMMUNAL BEHAVIOR
QUIET HOURS: Mon–Fri: 10 PM to 10 AM | Holidays: 12 AM to 10 AM.
Show absolute respect for neighbors in common areas and on terraces.
🧹 CHECK-OUT AND DAMAGES
CLEANING: Kitchen must be tidied up, utensils cleaned, and trash disposed of.
DAMAGES: Broken items or lost keys will be charged to the security deposit.
CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM | CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM.

Sanitized and fully equipped accommodation (kitchen, washing machine, bedding, towels, and toiletries).
Utilities included (hot water, heat, and Wi-Fi).
Respectful service and accurate information.
⚠️ NOTE: Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of the contract. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
