Very nice apartment and perfect location.

Everything was ok.

City center and easy access through codes

Excellent location and a small well stocked supermarket 30 seconds from the door. Apartment is stylish, immaculately clean, comfortable and has a large living space. Host responded immediately when whatsapped a query.

Second bedroom is small with no furniture except for the bed - a single with a pull out floor level single bed underneath. Once this bed is out you cant open the door, and this bed has to be climbed over to access the first bed. This may be ok for kids but not great for groups of adults. This lets the apartment down in my opinion, especially for the price and with such great living accommodation. Shower is slow draining as others have mentioned and you need to keep your eye on this to prevent it flooding the bathroom. I found the security deposit policy here uncomfortable. The payment is taken from your account - its not just a credit card hold. As others have said, deposit was returned only after I messaged a few days after check out to ask for it back. Between exchange fees and costs it cost me £15. As most providers dont ask for a deposit it would probably put me off booking here again.

Excellent location

The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and was only fixed on the second day. More frustrating, the property was advertised as having a microwave, but there was no microwave in the apartment. When I contacted the host, I was simply told to use the oven instead. I found this very disappointing because having a microwave was important to me and was one of the reasons I chose this property over others in Madrid.
