The property was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was excellent—everything was within walking distance. The apartment had a modern design while still offering an authentic local atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during the hot weather. My family had a wonderful stay, and we would definitely choose this property again.
The oven wasn't working, but it was only a minor issue since everything else functioned well. We also didn't receive responses via WhatsApp, though calling was easy, and the staff provided prompt and helpful assistance when we had trouble opening the main entrance door.

Excellent location
The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and was only fixed on the second day. More frustrating, the property was advertised as having a microwave, but there was no microwave in the apartment. When I contacted the host, I was simply told to use the oven instead. I found this very disappointing because having a microwave was important to me and was one of the reasons I chose this property over others in Madrid.
