It was a fabulous appartment. I felt very safe being a solo traverler. The location is on a busy street, close to everything. Easy walking to eat at the food market or watch the sunset at the palace. Shopping area and metro very close by. I loved it and will be booking again. Thank you.

Arrival was easy, the flat was spotless, and everything went well. The location is right by Puerta del Sol, conveniently close to eateries, grocery stores, and transport links
I didn't expect us to be located so close to the main road, and it was quite loud, especially between Saturday (late night- early Sunday) and Sunday. This isn't the best choice for anyone who is bothered by noise not your fault at all.

Very modern, cozy, quiet. Coffee, tea and water were appreciated. It has everything needed for a short stay, including a washing machine.
The apartment was freezing when we got there. We had to turn on the heating after inquiring how to do it. Since they had our arrival time, they could have turned it on beforehand. We booked for two, but they had opened up the sofa bed. When I moved it to put it back as a sofa, I found a spoon, a couple of screws and lots dirt under it. I guess it was never cleaned underneath.

Location and size
Broken shower and air-conditioning in one bedroom. Shower mended on request but one air-conditioning unit continued to spill water for both nights, so unuseable., even though advised as mended. No chance of any help after 6pm.
