Loved the location which is ideal for exploring Madrid. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and modern. Staff was exceptionally helpful and arranged a taxi for us for our departure. Excellent value. Our stay could not have been any better. We would happily stay here again.

From our perspective the accommodation offered everything we were looking for, - a clean, comfortable and secure place to stay. - close (easy walking distance) to all the major sites we wanted to visit and experience.
The only thing I found to be slightly irritating was the location of the safe, bottom shelf of a cabinet in the kitchen area.

Location is fantastic! Really close to plaza Mayor and other places. We talked to all the places. Apartment was very clean, and staff super friendly and helpful.
When you take a shower the floor gets all wet, so would be nice to have another floor-mat to stay dry!
