The location was ideal, close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern and well laid out. Loved the views from all windows and balconies.
The a/c in the bedroom wasn’t as cold as the one in the living room.

Very friendly owner, Luis, and good location close to eateries, metro stations and the Plaza Mayor. Having two toilets was useful.
Convenience of location means it can be a bit noisy at times. Apartment is located on the top floor of a building with a small unreliable lift that frequently broke down. Absence of hand wash in toilets and insufficient toilet paper for our 3 night stay. Hairdryer was broken and bedsheets had some stains and holes. One room has no air conditioning or fan. TV was also not working. Had a washing machine but clothes had to be hung outside of the house to be dried due to lack of dryer.
