Un des meilleurs. Je le conseille fortement. L’ emplacement à deux pas de la Place Mayor, plein de bons restaurants au tour ( je conseille vivement Casa Botin le plus vieux restaurant au monde est à 200m),chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, la propreté de l’appartement, la climatisation, et la réactivité du propriétaire aux demandes.

C’est une suggestion pour ceux qui vont louer: si vous avez besoin de plus de 2 serviettes par personne, papier hygiéniques et tous les produits de toilette vous devrez les apporter

The location was excellent, the house was spacious, clean and with lots of light, the beds were comfortable. We were also very fortunate because we were allowed very flexible check in and check out times and luggage storage.

Could be better if they provided bath was and shampoo in the toilet.

Cons: Poor communication with host. Check in was a disaster. Monica was an hour late meeting us and when she finally arrived she did not greet us or make us feel welcome, left in a hurry. Poor way to start this leg of our trip in Madrid. Host never provided his name and blamed us for the confusion. The sink in the master was clogged and the master shower handle for hot and cold water was broken. Host never acknowledged my messages until days later at check out and said it was a holiday and no one would be able to fix it.
