About this apartment rental
When you walk through the door of this accommodation, nothing will leave you indifferent at all, mainly because of the care, taste and quality that have been deposited in its recent renovation. A renovation where we always thought of our future guests to make our apartment a space where our guests could enjoy not only our wonderful city but also to stay at home and, therefore, make them have an unforgettable experience.
For this reason, the heart of the apartment has been arranged in a large loft, on the top floor, where the hall, dining room, kitchen and living room are all in the same space. In this way, privacy is kept for the bedrooms: two upstairs with a double bed each and a third with two single beds downstairs, a typical Madrid vaulted basement from the 19th century of such an indescribable charm. The house is completed with two fully equipped bathrooms, one on the upper floor -which is accessed both from the common area and from one of the bedrooms- and another en suite on the ground floor.
Regarding the location, the apartment is located in the heart of La Latina, next to all the "traditional" points of great interest (tourist and leisure). However, it is located in one of the quietest streets in the neighborhood where the calm is absolute.

The space is super cool. It’s in a lively part of town, with private access directly on the street. It can be noisy at night but worth being in the mix. It is on a side street so really just patrons walking to and from establishments. The space was clean and well furnished. Great art, not the usual short term rental junk. Awesome shower pressure- which is huge for me. Two things to note: it might be my ineptitude but I had a really hard time making their links work. They have a separate platform from VRBO. This caused me to double book and double pay. Instead of the management cancelling the second charge, I had to work through my bank. Similar issue when checking in. You open the apartment door through a link you open on your phone. The link wouldn’t work on my my phone, which was stressful after a long trip. There is someone who responds fairly promptly around the clock, so they try, but all in all it was cumbersome and stressful. Second thing- a strong smell comes from the downstairs bathroom (or did for us). Best to keep that door closed. Despite those two issues, I would absolutely stay in this place again. It is a total gen in the heart of La Latina.

One of the best stays we've had, great place, great locatiion with tons of room. The only drawback is a musty smell in the downstairs bedroom. Would gladly stay again.

I stayed at this property with my husband and three adult children. It was a great size for us and was in a fantastic location. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We didn't cook but there seemed to be everything you would need. I appreciated the coffee maker but you need to bring your own nespresso pods. The owner was responsive and friendly. Overall, this is a really great place to stay in Madrid!

The property was clean & in an awesome location - close to a ton of things. The downfall would be how loud it can be. Because it’s right on the ground level, in two of the rooms you hear everything happening on the street. I sleep with a sound machine so this was ok for me but not for my friend. The back room shares a wall with an apartment and the people in that apartment are VERY loud (or the wall is paper thin). My parents had to leave to go to a hotel because the room was so loud in night 1. The host was also incredibly slow to respond once we were checked in. Otherwise, the space is big, clean and in a great location!
