About this apartment rental
When you walk through the door of this accommodation, nothing will leave you indifferent at all, mainly because of the care, taste and quality that have been deposited in its recent renovation. A renovation where we always thought of our future guests to make our apartment a space where our guests could enjoy not only our wonderful city but also to stay at home and, therefore, make them have an unforgettable experience.
For this reason, the heart of the apartment has been arranged in a large loft, on the top floor, where the hall, dining room, kitchen and living room are all in the same space. In this way, privacy is kept for the bedrooms: two upstairs with a double bed each and a third with two single beds downstairs, a typical Madrid vaulted basement from the 19th century of such an indescribable charm. The house is completed with two fully equipped bathrooms, one on the upper floor -which is accessed both from the common area and from one of the bedrooms- and another en suite on the ground floor.
Regarding the location, the apartment is located in the heart of La Latina, next to all the "traditional" points of great interest (tourist and leisure). However, it is located in one of the quietest streets in the neighborhood where the calm is absolute.

Host was very helpful. This place is in an amazing location and had plenty of room for our family to have their own space. Definitely recommend and we want to stay there next time we are in Madrid.

My mother, brother, and I stayed. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to mostly everything we wanted to do. Everything logistically was smooth because of the great instructions. I was worried about the digital keys given some of the reviews, but they were no problems at all. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. There was a noticeable smell in the basement bathroom, but I chalk it up to Madrid being an old city with old pipes. Just close the door and it’s fine. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment with space for group to sot together in living room. Very clean. Easy to walk to many areas and food. Good WiFiWish list: more towels and instructions for washer/ dryer, a few Nespresso pods. Would stay again!

The property was clean & in an awesome location - close to a ton of things. The downfall would be how loud it can be. Because it’s right on the ground level, in two of the rooms you hear everything happening on the street. I sleep with a sound machine so this was ok for me but not for my friend. The back room shares a wall with an apartment and the people in that apartment are VERY loud (or the wall is paper thin). My parents had to leave to go to a hotel because the room was so loud in night 1. The host was also incredibly slow to respond once we were checked in. Otherwise, the space is big, clean and in a great location!
